Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom cottage, conveniently located just a stone's throw away from Boise State University. This cozy retreat is the perfect short-term rental for families, groups, or anyone visiting the area. Walk into a large living space with a comfy couch and brick fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen has all your cooking and baking needs and full size coffee pot. Guests can enjoy dinner together at the large dining table that seats 6. There is a covered back patio with a table and chairs where dogs are welcome too.

This home has two bathrooms and boasts a brand new gorgeous modern bathroom in the downstairs to accommodate everyone in your party. Home is equipped with all linens, and grooming essentials including a blow dryer.

The Retreats: Two adjoining bedrooms each with a comfortable queen-sized bed await you in their spacious and inviting bedrooms; one vibrant colors, the other cool colors for your choise to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring Boise.

Tranquil Twin Bedroom: This room features two twin-sized beds, making it ideal for friends or children. Relax and recharge in this peaceful haven.

Early check-in, Late check-out? We got your covered. Both of these services are available upon request through your guest portal you will receive at booking.

We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would. As such, you are welcome to park in our driveway, but please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM.

-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts

Graduation Trip
We booked this house for our weekend in Idaho as our oldest niece graduated high school. She graduated at the extra mile arena. The location was perfect and close to downtown and other activities. The house was perfect for our needs.

Family Wedding Weekend
Overall great stay. We stayed with my in-laws. The family wedding was at The Grove Hotel. Only took a few minutes to get there and back. Lots of good restaurants in town and within walking distance to Albertsons. It is an older house, a little creeky, but everything was clean and cute.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband passed away unexpectedly this summer and my children wanted to go to Boise to be with cousins for Christmas. Many of the locations we looked at did not decorate for Christmas. The host really went above and beyond with the decorations, it was so beautiful and felt so cozy! The outside of the home was decorated as well. They even left little stockings with candy canes on all of our pillows. We had a wonderful time and were glad we decided to go to Boise. The only part of the experience that was not great was this was not the property we reserved through Vrbo. The host said it was double booked and were going to put us in another location we'd looked at. When I logged on to get the address, they had changed the reservation again but forgot to tell us and we ended up in this location. It was not as close to my brother's home and Vrbo did offer to give us a refund, but once we saw everything they did to decorate the home we decided to just stay. I hate to even mention that, but it was stressful to deal with so many changes. The property was well maintained and super clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Perfect accommodation for a Broncos game with friends
This was a perfect house for a group of four attending a Boise State Broncos game. The house accelerated us well and the location made everything in and around Boise very accessible. Highly recommend!

Overall really good place to stay
Everything was 5 star clean, the house seems to be in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. Only thing that could have been better was having some more washcloths for the bathroom and kitchen as well as some more kitchen towels. But overall it was a really nice stay and we enjoyed this cute little home on our trip.

Great stay for Parents' Weekend
This property worked out great for Parents' Weekend. It was walking distance to my daughter's apartment and to the football stadium. It's a decent walk to downtown...sometimes we walked and sometimes we took Ubers, depending on the will of the group. The house was clean with plenty of room for us, and there was adequate kitchen supplies to cook dinner the last night for my daughter and her roommates. A couple more comfy places to sit and watch TV and a little more lighting would have been nice, but didn't impact our stay. Lastly, the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Much appreciated. Overall, a great stay!

Summer family vacation
Enjoyed our stay! Charming and quaint property. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Didn’t need anything for our stay. Our only suggestion would have been some beach towels since our stay was during the summer!

Boise stay
Nice little property in a quiet neighborhood near downtown without being all the way downtown. Good AC for the heat wave we experienced and had plenty of space for 5 adults. Rooms stayed cool at night for the most part but an extra fan may have been helpful. But that’s my biggest qualm so overall we loved our stay and would come back!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great central location, near BSU. Enjoyed basic amenities of house, everything you need to make you happy! Furry friendly, without prior evidence of furry visitors! With that being said, I will say that I missed screen doors, three giant horsefly’s were already there upon arrival, and it took me till the wee hours, before I could rid them. Dishes, knives, and silverware were put were put away dirty-a whole lot! Several mugs and dishes were newly chipped and should be replaced. The second bathroom downstairs was dirty from prior renters and missed altogether for new arrival setup. The bathroom to be used had pink, bacteria, inner shower curtain. The front door did not lock as well as the back door, so make sure it is secure before running errands. Enjoyed walking dogs through neighborhood and chatting with locals on way to Manitoe and Camelback Parks- both wonderful for dogs. Loved Friday night at Payette Brewery! Would stay here again...but feel my cleaning fee should be slightly refunded. Old wood furniture item, in front of house, needs hauling away. Weeds growing in gutters should be pulled.Husband ranks it higher...but I was doing the cleaning and dishes here!
