The space
Sleeps 8. Includes one King bed, two Queen beds, one upgraded foam mattress sofa sleeper and one pack and play. All bedding is luxury Hotel grade including 400 thread count soft cotton sheets and high-quality pillows.
The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are fully stocked with all the essential items needed for your stay.
The property is fully fenced with a quiet and peaceful private patio perfect for relaxing afternoons. Washer and dryer in property. Iron and ironing board in house.

Of all the places I’ve rented throughout the years, this was by far the best. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and well appropriated home. Close to everything and great communication with the owners.

Great location and property. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like I was the first person to ever stay here it was so clean. Plenty of space to sit and have a drink inside by the fireplace and a quiet neighborhood. Garage parking is a plus and we were less than 5 minutes to the heart of Boise St

Excellent Stay!
We were in town to attend a softball tournament and found this property to be perfect for all of us to stay comfortably. The house is newer, nicely decorated and very clean. It was a much better option than a hotel as we had a lot of space to move about and also to cook so that we avoided going to restaurants/fast food for every meal.

We have stayed in several homes over the years. This house will be what future places will be compared against. It was so clean that we thought we were the first ones to ever stay in the house. The layout was great for our needs. No suggestions for change. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

This place was absolutely perfect! Close to the airport and downtown. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is new and has 3 suites. Tons of space. Detached garage. Great AC. Ivanka was very responsive to all our questions. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you!

We'll situated, pristine, spacious... great place
Great location, less than 10 minutes from the airport. Pretty close to downtown core and BSU. Quality bedding, linen, toiletries etc. Super nice kitchen, with modern appliances, gas stove, etc. We encountered a couple of hiccups that was quickly resolved by the hosts. We liked having a garage to park. The neighborhood is decent. There was one night of a loud party--which could have been an opportunity to socialize. The good news was that there was another bedroom we could use we were not bothered. FYI the photos are accurate, it's a nice place.

Sleep well!
This home was built with silence in mind as we didn’t hear any noise during evenings and more importantly, nights! Join having awesome beds to quiet nights totally equals joy! It really does make a difference. It’s great having three separate bedrooms with three separate bathrooms. One king and one queen are upstairs and both are en suite. The main level queen bedroom has a bathroom next to it on the hall with an awesome walk in in shower. Double sinks in there as well as the king bedroom. There are two awesome washer and dryers both extra large capacity and new. She has everything you could possibly need except for food. When I reached out to her, she answered promptly, which was important to me. I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Boise, because you just can’t beat this place!

The details make a difference
This is a great property. All brand new and updated finishes. They thought of all of the details - lots of counterspace in the bathrooms, spices and coffee provided. The sheets were especially soft and the bath towels were fluffy. Communicating with the host was super easy and she was very responsive.
