We have a beautiful 3 bedroom single story home for rent which is located in the Treasure Valley area, close to the I-84 corridor. It is within 30 min. of almost everything in the Boise Area. Hardwood floors in entry, dining room and full kitchen which has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and full size refrigerator as well. Comfortable living room with 55" flat-screen, satellite TV, DVD, internet, and WiFi. There are two master suites (each with their own full bathrooms) and a 3rd bedroom (w/separate full bathroom sharing with the common areas) featuring Queen Size Beds to sleep 6 comfortably, soaker tubs, designer tile and walk-in shower. Large two car attached garage and a fenced in yard with patio furniture. Settlers Bridge (HOA) boasts a community pool (open from Memorial Day to past Labor Day), tree lined streets, walkways, and playgrounds including a Tot-Lot about 100 yds from the property. We provide pool towels for your convenience. The neighborhood is close to Eagle Road with retail shopping including grocery store.

The neighborhood is really nice, quiet, clean and close enough to shopping, groceries, entertainment and freeways. Nice layout and very comfortable. Quaint backyard and patio. Wonderful Stay
The neighborhood was beautiful. The grandkids loved the swimming pool and playground. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The barbecue unit was perfect and there was a cool pooper scooper in the back yard to perform poop patrol for the dog. All in all the stay was perfect. We rented JoAnn's home while in Boise to visit our son. This property was absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for a place to stay in Boise look no further! Location, comfort and amenities. Wonderful kitchen, 2 car garage and a great neighborhood. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were a plus. If ever in Boise again we will rent JoAnn's home again.

Lovely VRBO in a wonderful community with nicer homes and a community pool with waling trails. House was clean and well stocked with essential items. Beds and linens were top quality. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is here in this home. Could benefit from a better furniture arrangement in the tv room--too crowded--and in need of a couple of floor lamps so that one could enjoy the chair and sofa and read the paper without having the overhead lights on. We had a great stay at Danny & JoAnn’s. My whole family enjoyed it very much and were impressed by how clean it was and how thoughtful the layout was for a family group. We also loved the patio and having somewhere outside to lounge and hang out. Conveniently located near everything you need and so close to Boise. Excellent value for all you get. The community pool was wonderful as well—sparkling clean and much appreciated on those hot days. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you :)
