"Staff were excellent, a conference had just finished as we arrived and it would have been been easy to have overlooked new arrivals but the staff were excellent and ensured we were looked after well. Explained that the room was prepaid and what extras would be charged, handed us the key and directed us to our room. Room was clean, and well presented and a heater as it was a frosty night outside.
