"Very warm and approachable staff. We can speak Mandarin, so language was not a problem for us. There is also a lobby security staff there, making us feel very safe. Walking distance (about 5min slow walk) to wangfujing street. And hotel downstairs have a convenient shop as well. Maybe they can consider placing more chairs around the lobby."

"This is the first hotel which I need to stay so long - 8D7N. Hence I read the reviews carefully when I was deciding which hotel to book. My family and I were very pleased to have stayed in Westin Chao Yang. The staff we met were all very polite and helpful. The family deluxe room has two queen size beds.
