Well, you asked.
If you book here, ask for a room separate from the restaurant. There was an Ichiban restaurant literally right outside my door. I would open my door and be in the public dining area. (My door was the first on the left). It was loud and you hear everything, and then you hear them cleaning well past midnight. The staff was nice, but that's about it. It was difficult to get hot water also. Lukewarm at best.

Small rooms, friendly staff, great location.
Rooms are pretty small and most are just beside the reception which can make it noisy. They have a great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Carlos told me about the best (and safest) places to go! He was very thorough is showing me the hostel and made me feel very welcome. There is someone at reception 24 hours a day to answer any questions.

Hotel com boa localização
O hotel tem uma localozação excelente, isso é indiscutível! Conhecemos tudo andando e nos sentimos muito seguros no caminho até o hotel, inclusive a noite. No entando o atendimento deixou um pouco a desejar. Demos o azar de nos hospedar lá enquando estavam fazendo pintura das áreas sociais do hotel, então estava um pouco bagunçado na entrada. Quando chegamos, demorou uns 15min para a recepcionista nos atender para fazer o check-in, e não nos informou nenhum detalhe como horário do café da manhã que estava incluso na reserva, tive que pergutnar. O quarto é pequeno, bem pequeno! Nas fotos aparentam ser maiores. E não havia porta no banheiro, nem uma cortina. Ficamos no andar de baixo e o quarto era muito gelado. O chuveiro é elétrico e era incrivelmente dificil atingir uma temperatura de água quente, quando conseguíamos o chuveiro desarmava a energia por alguns minutos. Outra coisa que incomodou bastante foi que apesar do anúncio de se ter regra do silêncio após as 22h, conversa e barulho de arrumação do lado de fora da nossa porta nos incomodaram até depois de meia-noite. O café da manhã, apesar de bem simples, é gostoso.

séjour super agréable
Pension pleine de charme tenue par une famille adorable, accueillante et toujours prête à vous rendre service. Idéalement située dans le centre historique, quartier animé et vivant où vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Pension à clientèle Sud américaine, donc que du positif. Au moment de notre séjour, ils finissaient de construire une annexe pour en faire un bar à vin. En bref, on recommande vivement.

Llamarle hotel es una gran mentira
Este lugar está en una zona que de noche es muy peligrosa, cuando llegué vi como asaltaban a alguien. Los dueños son muy amables, pero los empleados, al ser solo backpackers, no tienen idea de recomendaciones para hacer a los que se hospedan aquí. Yo elegí una habitación individual con baño compartido y estaba al fondo del lugar en una parte muy fría del hostal (porque en realidad es un hostal) y el baño no fue limpiado en los dos días que estuve, además que la regadera no tiene cortina, entonces toda el agua empapa el baño completo. El desayuno está bien porque lo preparan en el momento, pero solo es huevo al gusto y pedazos de pan. No tienen otra opción que no sea café para tomar, ni siquiera agua.

Location, location!
This hostel, because it is a hostel, not a hotel!!!, lies in the heart of the old town of Bogota. And that I can like! Stay away if you want peace and quiet! The rooms have very thin walls so you hear everything thats happening on the hole hostel! The blankets, ore something, smelled very of dirty backpackers and there is a thing to do whit the shower to get hot water (which they did not tell me the first day!!! imagin my anger whit no hot water!). The staff is incredibul nice, and thats why you should stay here!!!
