Property facilities are terribles, all the hotel is old, the bathroom was not clean and also old furniture.

Do not stay here is not a hotel or similar
This is not a hotel is a guesthouse type , they false advertising, they have multiple families living there the kids running and kid crying , my room had leaking water and the toiles was clogged. The advertised a restaurant over price and they not have any selection or sometimes no one is here . I complained the person responsible, yes quickly respond but they did not fix anything, feel unsafe with some people living there permanently, this needs to be remove from hotels.com

Alojamiento para investigacion
A pesar de tener mi tarjeta de credito en sistema garantizando la reserva de 3 noches, despues de haber pasado alla la primera, cuando regrese a la segunda me dieron la absurda excusa que estaba cancelada porque yo habia salido en la manana con la maleta y no habia dejado nada en el cuarto, que ya no tenian mas habitaciones. Eran casi las 10 pm, hacia un frio intenso, les habia explicado que esa manana me habian atracado con un arma en la puerta de su hotel cuando salia y me habian robado entre otras el celular, que no entendia por que me cancelaban la reserva pero que por favor me dejaran entrar a cargar el celular que me habian prestado, que debia usarlo para resolver el problema de donde dormiria esa noche por lo arbitraria de la cancelacion, y no me lo permitieron. No merecen estar en hotels.com ni en ninguna aplicacion. Primero por no respetar una reserva garantizada con tajeta de credito, segundo por no tener una vocacion de servicio, y tercero porque hay que ser muy desalmado para no permitirle a una mujer, de cierta manera conocida pues me habia alojado la noche anerior alla y tenian todos mis datos, entrar al hotel para enchufar el celular y poder hacer una llamada para resolver el problema de donde dormir, especialmente por haber sido orginado por ellos. Por que no llamaron a hotels.com? Inclusive yo venia de otra ciudad donde me habia alojado a traves de la misma aplicacion y con la misma tarjeta de credito sin ningun problema. Sugiero ser investigados
