Très mauvaise expérience.
Nous avions réservé et prévenu l'hôtel que nous allions arriver tard dans la soirée. Mauvaise surprise : la personne de l'hôtel nous dit en arrivant qu'ils n'ont plus de chambre disponible. Après avoir discuté pendant 15 min, la seule solution trouvée a été de partagée la chambre avec un autre couple. Il y avait deux lits double mais la chambre était très petite, le lit qui nous a été proposé était défait (utilisé manifestement par d'autres personnes avant) et il y avait des affaires qui n'étaient ni à nous ni à l'autre couple dans la chambre... L'autre couple partant à 4h du matin nous avons très peu et mal dormi. Nous avons dû accepter cette solution car nous avions pas d'autre choix. Par ailleurs la chambre était bruyante. L'hôtel nous a fait payé quand même 30 000 COP au lieu de 40 000COP initialement prévu, mais c'était encore trop cher vu le désagrément.
