El espacio que me brindaron era de los mas pequeños. Yo se que allí hay de diferentes tamaños. No había puerta en la cabina del baño. Traduce regular mantenimiento. Pero aún así regresaría. La ubicación es excelente para mis gustos y preferencias.

La habitación estaba en perfecto orden y limpieza. El personal siempre fue muy amable y estuvo atento durante nuestra estadía. Además, la comida del buffet muy rica y abundante. La zona del hotel es excelente para llegar a cualquier punto de la ciudad. Lo recomiendo 100%

Ok but won't stay here again
Laundry service lost some of my items, it took 2 days to get the laundry, and I had to ask for my clothes. The hotel rents out many rooms as apartments which is kind of weird.

The people is great. At the reception Camila and Bryan were very attentive to our need. And Marcela in the restaurant, a total sweetheart. What i didnt like, can't be fixed. The hotel is located over a very centric avenue, which is incredibly loud, and next to a club, prepared to hear a cacophony of very loud noise almost all night. Also no airconditioning to mask the sound.

The staff was wonderful! Every single person working there was extremely helpful and caring. Multiple staff members went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent and we appreciated that. The cleaning lady went above and beyond to help us and give us advice. One of the security guys helped when we needed him and the receptionists helped by ordering food for us, helping us get taxis and giving us directions. The only thing I have to complain about is that the room was very cold and we did not have a space heater. Breakfast was great and they always had variety. I greatly recommend this hotel.

The staff here is nice but the property is ran down and is way below standards. Firat the property has no central heating or cooling system. We have arrived on August 27 and the outside temperature was around 8 C. There was no heat inside and the room temperature was about 12C. We asked for electeic heaters and the staff provided 2 of them , one the following day and one two days later. Sadly was a bit too late as both my partner and me got severily ill.

Location was great, the suite had 2 shower but only 1 had hot water. We were on the 8th floor and the balcony door did not have lock. Although they said it was high and no one will climb 8 floors it didn’t feel very safe as there were ropes hanging from the top. Also for tours and transportation, we would get different prices from didn’t staff members
