Muy mal el hotel, no había wifi, mala la habitación, no tenía aire acondicionado. Lo único rescatable es la buena atención de los empleados.

Las instalaciones aunque no están del todo mal, estan muy lejos de ser lo que aparece en las fotos; las habitaciones son pequeñas, no hay aire acondicionado, hace falta mantenimiento en general.

En general es bueno el hotel, el desayuno es bueno y tiene servicio de Sauna, la habitación es amplia, cuenta con una cama muy baja para mi gusto, el sanitario incómodo por el diseño de la mesa en vidrio del lavamanos que queda pegado al sanitario. Las toallas que dan son pequeñas, viejas y de mala calidad y el servicio de la persona que se encuentra en la noche es pésimo.

Lo primero el precio publicado no es real ya que no incluye el Iva cero amabilidad de las personas que atienden la recepción la segunda noche de la estadía la Persona encargada de la recepción se ausento más de media hora no había nadie atendiendo la piscina sucia el precio es muy alto par lo que ofrece ese hotel no hay opciones en el desayuno en general no lo recomendamos para nada

Les falta mejor servicio al cliente, solo entregan la habitacion y ya, no ofrecen el servicio de restarante, uno sabe que esta alli, pero no invitan a hacer uso de el, no ofrecen planes para poder hacer algo en el municipio y hay bastantes cosas por hacer, no se les ve el agrado por su trabajo.
