The manager is not good she doesn't speak good English or have consideration when people are staying in her place for more than 20 days because they have been operated she don't care she sell the room to the best to the last person to come and she want to sell it I do not understand how can Experia sell you a room telling you you facing the mountains and then unique quiet and then the little girl the little lady in front of the hotel do whatever she wants she don't care
