The hotel itself was ok the room was nice clean and a good size. I wasn’t impressed with being woken up at 6 am with workers drilling and hammering on the floor above, if that’s not bad enough they played there music at full volume. Also when I arrive having lots of extras added to the price

el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy regular la verdad, y el estado de la habitacion estaba bien aunque algunas partes se veian deterioradas. y claro en el cargo de lo que me dijo booking no estaba sumado el 19% del iva , ni el seguro por lo que se subio el costo del hotel al doble.

Mal servicio check in, mala atención diurna, mucha improvisación en todo lo concerniente la atención a nivel general, no tienen buen servicio de restaurante, en las habitaciones la cerradura no cierran bien y la ventana para el balcón no funcionan los seguros; hace falta mucho mantenimiento a nivel general. Lo único que rescato es la atención de La niña encargada en el turno de noche los días que estuve alojado que fueron 16 y 17 noviembre 2018

De verdad no lo recomiendo
Por primera vez me toca hacer un comentario negativo. Tristemente el hotel tiene muchas deficiencias. 1. El check in (pretenden cobrar más de la tarifa), 2. Check out (son groseros y literalmente te botan, 3. El desayuno (el área de restaurante con mal aseo y el personal poco comprometido), 4. El baño (el agua de la ducha se sale al resto del baño lo que hace que todo se ensucie con las pisadas), 5. Edificio (Aunque estructural ente es una buena edificación la falta de mantenimiento básico hace ver un franco deterioro), 6. Tienen alquilado una gran parte de las habitaciones para personal de empresas que hacen trabajos en Corferias, lo que hace que pares a una pensión, además hacen mucho ruido. 7. Terraza (el área de la terraza que se ve en las fotos de la página está totalmente inoperativa. Hay otras fallas pero en conclusión no es nada recomendable este hotel, se pueden conseguir mejores opciones en la zona con precios similares. Eso tuve que hacer, mudarme a otro hotel.
