"The hotel staff were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good and the rooms quiet adequate. Proximity to the mall provides a range of eating options. "

"If we had visited this hotel in 1976, we would have been impressed with its style and decor. That said, it was clean and it was on a great location next to the Botanical gardens. There is a shopping mall nearby, too, but getting to it involves a perilous crossing of a busy road where vehicles are out to kill. Not bad, overall, just a bit dated. "

"Better than amaris cimanuk. Very well maintained and clean and staff are friendly. Unfortunately, the lobby smells from the sewages. Need to have it checked "

"This hotel did a really good job in fooling customers to reserve a room and stealing their money. I learned it the hard way. I had made my reservation on Dec 4 via Hotels.com, paid my reservation, and gotten confirmation email. As usual, right? And I have been a loyal user of Hotels.com for a few years. Now, here's the catch. When I arrived at the hotel to check in that day, the hotel turned out to have been totally shut down since March 2020. The property was locked. There was no hotel name,...

Great value with nice feeling in Bogor

"Very nice hotel and excellent value for money. Stand was the service - front desk, cleaning, restaurant all so very helpful and spoke enough English to help me. We had a balcony room, which was a good space - not cramped, and also a good feel. Nice shower good air cond, and felt safe - also fairly quiet. Location was good - plenty of food and coffee options incl markets near and a ten minute walk up to the gardens. The only small criticism is the towels are getting a bit old but still work fine."
