At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac you will find your holiday home with 3 free parking spaces directly in front of the door. The beach is within walking distance in about 200m to reach. The house has 3 floors, consisting of living room and kitchen and guest toilet on the ground floor, a large bedroom with flatscreen (DVD slot in the unit) and 2 small bedrooms (one with double bed) and the bathroom. From the two lake side rooms of the gallery on the upper floor you can see the ships in the road in Warnemünde in good weather.   We are delighted that for the design of the house an artist from the region could win, who presented his landscapes on the walls of your holiday house. They make holidays in a small gallery and can buy these pictures of the beautiful coastal landscape of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Please feel free to contact us at our office.   Equipment A modern heating system with combined underfloor heating in the living room, the kitchen, in the bathroom and guest WC invites to the year-round visit.   In the lower area is the light-flooded living room with couch and a small bistrositzecke, 55 inches flat screen and compact HIFI system (iPhone, CD and external media connectable).   The kitchen is newly installed, consisting of fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, a dining table with chairs and completely new kitchen appliances.  The bedroom has a double bed with a continuous mattress, a wardrobe, a small linen closet, a standing mirror, a gentleman and the flat screen (satellite system) with DVD slot.   The two smaller bedrooms each have a single and a double bed, a table and a chest of drawers. Reading lamps on the bed.   Bathroom with tub and bathroom furniture, hairdryer in the closet.   Gallery with couch and small mobile cabinet.   For our little guests is a baby travel bed (without extra mattress), a highchair and a stair gate ready.   Possibility of barbecue with the existing charcoal grill is given.
