This home offers a cozy atmosphere to get close to your friends and family, plus plenty of privacy when you want some alone time. With three well-appointed bedrooms, this home is a great place for three couples. During the winter, snuggle up beside the fireplace in the living room to watch a storm brewing over the ocean in the distance. Don't miss out on October and November - they are the best months out on the coast! In the summertime, you can bask in the sun on the front porch while watching the ocean sparkle. The view was spectacular. The deck was protected from the wind and made it nice to sit outside even if the wind was blowing. It close to beaches and town.

Awesome getaway
Everything was great for our girls weekend trip. Loved the access to the beach trail, house was clean, kitchen had all of the essentials. Enjoyed everything about this property, would definitely stay here again!

The property was as advertised. Very clean and tidy. everything you need in the kitchen for whipping up breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are tea drinkers and could find no kettle, but everthing else including a full spice cupboard was there. We'd definately stay again

Great Weekend
The house was Great for our needs. We would rent this house again. We come every year for the Chowder Walk. The ocean view WOW. The only challenge was using the key pad to unlock the door.It was not user friendly It did not have a spare key to lock the door so it was locked from the inside and he ran out the garage opening to get out.

Spacious well-located house with stunning views!
We enjoyed our stay at the Pinnacle Peak house. We enjoyed hiking, beach combing, wine tasting, good restaurant meals in Bodega Bay and browsing art galleries in the town of Bodega. Furnishings were nice and the kitchen was especially well-appointed. The only glitch was the front door lock. The keyless lock didn't work well and we ended up having to contact Vacasa who helped us access a key which was better but the lock was still problematic. It needs to be repaired or replaced.

Fantastic view but dated and overall mediocre
The good: the home has a panoramic view from Point Reyes National Seashore to Bodega Head, is spacious and well located. The bad: it is dated, the beds did not get high marks on comfort from my group and it needs a detailed cleaning. Would recommend with caveats.

Not really near the beach
This is a lovely, large home with great beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The neighboring houses are close and the area has the feel of a subdivision rather than a neighborhood. There are plenty of hikes and beaches nearby, but only within driving distance. There were some cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and dirty placemats, but otherwise it was quite clean. My sister loved the place and plans to go again with her adult kids.

A Wonderful Accommodation in a Wonderful Area
Communications to and from Vacasa staff were excellent! On arrival to our rental accommodation, the door cypher code allowed easy access. The home was spacious and well furnished -- very comfortable for 5-6 people. The kitchen was clean, all appliances worked great. For the cooks in the group, this kitchen provided everything you need to be a creative cook! That's a definite highlight. The ocean view was, of course, breathtaking! The home was very clean, and the floor plan was perfect. We would definitely stay at this home in future visits, and would recommend to others! Awesome home!

Lovely Location Enjoyable Home
Bodega Bay is a beautiful section of the coast, great hiking and views. The location of this house is great - two trail heads in easy walking distance, both take you on trails that wander down to the ocean. The water views are pretty, with the morning fog moving in and out of the shoreline. The bright pink blanket of flowers surrounding the house was lovely and inviting. The house inside was comfortable and “friendly” with cozy furnishings amid much eclectic varied shore art - great for a relaxing fun getaway. While the house had a very clean kitchen, bathrooms, and such, we deducted stars for the light layer of dust that was noticeable on several furniture surfaces. We advised the rental agent right after we left, so it could be attended to — an easy fix. Would we stay again? Yes.

Woke up Friday and 7 year old grandson said he saw a mouse in bathroom. Didn’t give it much thought till I saw a mouse in kitchen about 5 pm on Friday Called the 800 number and was told local rep would call me in 15 minutes. No call at 7 pm my wife calls back and gets hung up on. I call back at 8 pm and am told someone will call me by 9 am Saturday. I rummage thru garage and find 5 mice traps I set them all and catch 2 mice sometime before 7 am Saturday. Took pictures and sent to Vacas reply was thanks for the pictures. I finally had enough and I called the 800 number and spoke to a guy in Florida. I told Him the issue isn’t really the mice but the lack of a phone call back to have Vacasa fix the issue not me. I have a vacation rental in Tahoe and never would this happen. I would fire the rental agency. So caught 3 mice by Saturday night and no more Still waiting for that local rep phone call

Sweeping views in a fantastic location
The photos of the views in this listing are spot on! The location is in a perfect spot for various adventures around Bodega Bay. There is a walking trail in the community that will take you to the beach. There was a minor deferred maintenance issue, but Vacasa was quick to assist. This is an older home, so if you are expecting modernized amenities, this may not be a good fit for you. On the other hand, if you don't mind older appliances or don't plan on cooking a full meal, and you want those sweeping views, we highly recommend this house! All in all, this house served its purpose for us, and we were quite happy with it.

Cool, funky beach house!
We loved this house! The decor is awesome. You can tell this is someone’s beach getaway and they love it. Great views from multiple windows. Yes, it’s a bit dated, but everything works and the house is very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook great meals. The laundry is so great to have on site. The place was very clean. The house is located in a great community where we’ve stayed before. We’ll definitely be staying again. Book with confidence!

Short Review
With one exception, everything about the property was perfect. The one exception is that we had a very difficult time getting the front door to open each time we entered the code. I believe that the mechanism is in need of some adjustment or repair. Given the condition of the property overall, I am confident that this will be addressed immediately.
