Bounded by the Pacific to the front and rolling green pasture behind, the home boasts epic scenery from all sides. The cottage is just a short stroll from Carmet and Schoolhouse beaches. You can also explore other beaches up and down the coast while enjoying a scenic cruise along the iconic Highway 1 route. A gas firepit, a grill, and Adirondack chairs welcome group gatherings out on the patio, while the front deck offers a scenic spot for morning coffee.

The flowing, open-concept interior is bright and inviting, with stylish decor and high-end home appliances furnished for complete modern comfort. Gorgeous counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances are sure to inspire culinary creations in the kitchen. A fireplace, a plush sectional, and a smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living area. Memory foam mattresses in each bedroom offer a dream-like sleep so you can be rested and ready for each day's adventures. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home perks.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home is equipped with a front door camera facing the street and a side door camera facing the driveway entrance.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
