"Being there at a heatwave in Styria, this was a gem as it has air-condition in the rooms which was so fantastic. Also not cheap ones, these were from Daikin, very efficient and quiet. Price is absolutely ok, room has all you need, all pretty new and nice, more modern than traditional Austrian style. Room has also a balcony, quite nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Regarding beverages, there is a very convenient beverage vending machine, that includes wine and beer, everything reasonable...

"Great Staff!! Check-in was easy and helpful. The restaurant service was great. Breakfast was pretty good. Location was good. The only downside side was that the sauna area was only open from 5pm-9pm."

"Nothing fancy about this hotel, the service is good though be careful because they have limited reception hours so if you want to check in after 8 pm, you are out of luck (or you need to call them in advance). The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable but be warned, there is NO A/C! You may get a fan, but it is not really the same if it is hot outside. The best part of the stay was the breakfast."

"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."

"Tucked away in Eastern Slovenia this property has all the amenities. Great rooms, great staff, excellent pools. Meals were great. Nice golf course although could be better organized. Difficult to follow. Needs better signs."

"This spa resort is the ideal place for restoration and relaxation. Everything is included, rooms are air conditioned, there's saunas and pools for all preferences, free bikes and yoga and other activities, biking and hiking routes galore, excellent food and service, and the friendliest most helpful staff you'll ever find. "Lovely hotel on a mountain top. This time of year is very quiet for them, so there is just a self-check-in. You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Perhaps if you were a female traveler on your own this time of year you may feel a little intimidated because there is no staff on site, but the area itself is very safe. Loved waking up to...

"War alles sehr gut, nur Frühstücksbrötchen besorgen, ist für normale Menschen zu Fuß sehr beschwerlich, da das nächste Geschäft unten in der Ortschaft ist und man dafür schon einen strammen bergab und sehr bergauf Spaziergang machen muss"

"Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Es war alles da was man bräuchte. Ist es zu heiß, gibt es eine Klimaanlage, ist es zu kalt, gibt es einen Kamin. Man kann nix aussetzen, nur das FeWo nicht alle Informationen vom Vermieter gesendet hat, aber da hilft der Vermieter weiter. Für unseren Hund war es ein Paradies, mit dem einzeunten Gundstück. Immer wieder ger."

Exceptional Service and Value—A Must-Visit Hotel!

"Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip and, though I don’t often have breakfast when traveling, it was included in the rate, so I gave it a try. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious options. Although I was just passing through Austria on my way to Germany, this hotel has inspired me to come back, stay again, and explore Austria more. Truly fantastic value! "
