Obviously this hotel would be the best option if you booked the Starlight Express show as it's literally next door to the venue. The staff were polite, helpful, efficient, and spoke great English. Rooms were clean and functional and there is an option to book a buffet dinner for after the matinee or after the evening show. The hotel will costa bit extra than the ones further away, but it is more than worth it. Make sure you check in at least half an hour before the show as there may be queues from other guests during that time.

The location is great next to the Starlight Express Theatre which we were visiting. Unfortunately the bar was closed after we’d seen the show although we were able to use the fridge in the lobby. Breakfast was a buffet style and an excellent selection. The room was a good size although the decor was rather dated. Overall we had a good stay.

Heizung/ Lüftung war sehr laut und ohne Heizfunktion. Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad gab es leider nur eine Wärmelampe, die für den Raum nicht ausreichte. Bettbezug war schmutzig.

Es war alles top. Das Zimmer war groß und freundlich. Wir hatten eine Badewanne. Ein echtes Highlight. Meine Hunde waren willkommen und durften sogar mit zum Frühstück. Das war sehr gut. Es sind anscheinend viele Menschen mit einem Handicap eingestellt und die machen ihre Sache richtig gut. Parken kann man am Hotel, oder im Parkhaus gegenüber zu einem sehr günstigen Preis. Es gab einfach nichts zu meckern.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber aber halt doch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich und Badewanne sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Leider war es im Zimmer sehr kalt. Dafür war das Frühstück sehr vielfältig, lecker und es wurde alles nachgelegt.

Alles war sehr angenehm und sauber. Das Hotel könnte vielleicht etwas moderner gestaltet sein – zum Beispiel ohne Teppichböden – aber insgesamt war es wirklich gut. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen! Besonders das Frühstück hat uns überzeugt: eine tolle Auswahl, auch für Vegetarier. Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Nähe zu Starlight Express ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt und das Personal war durchweg freundlich.
