"Our family had a wonderful 5 night stay here! We booked a over the water bungalow and it provided a beautiful every day. The staff were great! Alejandro helped us find a sloth that was in the forest behind the hotel. Breakfast was always healthy and yummy. We had dinner once and it was tasty too. "Very noisy due to construction. Shower slidding door didn’t work and small sink was inconvenient to use. Stairs safety hand rail was not firm and felt unsafe. Stairs were too steep and unsafe going to second floor beds . TV didn’t offer channel variety and remote control didn’t operate. Overall it was a poor experience which I will not repeat."
