"The property is on the 3rd floor (no lift) right on the seafront. Just a pedestrian promenade separates the property from the shoreline. The views from the balcony, the sound of the sea are incredible. Also, it is wonderfully peaceful despite being a 2 minute walk from the main square and a terrific swimming location. However the check-in process was appalling and we had actually booked a hotel close by as we were initially unable to get into the flat. It took an hour on a Thursday evening...

"The property is very comfortable we enjoyed our stay.Whilst it was not a problem for us we feel that less able bodied people would most likely have a problem with the location up the steep hill. I do not know how many English people stay in the property but there is no property notes or instructions for any appliance in English. We would definitely stay here again"

"very modern apartment with comprehensive range of appliances, kitchen utensils and laundry. 5 min walk to Las Ramblas and a further 5 minutes to the pedestrian shopping area. I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying there! (Only negative is the parking is hit and miss - and don't bring a large vehicle as the road is narrow)"

"The property is perfect for a stay in Puerto de la Cruz. It is a quiet complex with a great heated pool. A 20 minute stroll down to the main promenade and a shorter, though uphill, walk to Traoro Park. The nearby Botanical Gardens are excellent as is the range of restaurants and bars."

"This is a very well decorated and particularly artistic apartment. Roberto was a wonderful host, friendly and very helpful in every way. We stayed a month and kept enjoying the beautiful furnishings and comfort of the apartment. "Really enjoyable stay here. Great for star gazing from the balcony and just listening to the sea on the rocks. Perfect view of the sunrise every morning. Not the largest property but ideal for couple or perhaps small family. Overall great value and Anabel is very welcoming. Just avoid if you are a nervous driver as road down is steep and twisty ! But worth it."
