Very beautifully remodeled 2 Bedroom/1.5 Bath Condo in a quiet 55+ Gated community in Century Village, Boca Raton, surrounded by great shopping areas, amazing restaurants, cinemas, theatres, and even casinos!. Brand new kitchen, Dorian countertops with a built-in sink, wooden cabinets, track lights, ceiling fan, new Fridge, and a new dishwasher. cable TV with HBO. All Furniture is Brand new and never used. Condo features 2 TV's ( 36 inches & 20 inches). Screened in Balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the lake. Kitchen amenities include new dishwasher, microwave, new refrigerator, coffee maker and much more. All new furniture including 2 couches , 2 end tables and coffee table, dining room table that can accommodate 6. Bedrooms include 2 night stands, dressers in the Master bedroom, as well as a dresser and a daybed with trundle in the 2nd bedroom. Also there is a new ceiling fan with lights in the living room, and a new chandelier in the dining room. The central air conditioning and heat are also new.

Very nice place
We had a wonderful time in this condo. The condo itself is very comfortable and felt like home for our three months. Enjoyed the view sitting on the balcony of the pool and the lake. It is quiet and peaceful and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. There is so much to do in this area with parks, restaurants and of course the beach.
