"Great for 2 friends to get out in the country for fishing. Beds are clean and comfortable, and it even had Wi-Fi! Which was unexpected. Great little fire pit to sit around and watch the fireflies. "Overall the property was exactly as advertised. The cottage was clean and roomy enough for 3. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen area could use some better lighting. The back deck looked pretty new but there was no seating on it. One important thing to know is there are no restaurants in the area open on Monday night which is the one night we stayed! We had to drive 15-20 minutes into Newland to find food. The location was good for access to Linville Falls."
