DON’T STAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY €15 FOR WIFI
The management at this hotel was honestly not impressive at all. Starting with the negatives - we were in the hotel for a total of about 6 hours excluding sleeping time and had to still pay €15 for WiFi PER DEVICE! We specifically asked the reception staff multiple times whether it would reach our room, gave them our room number to check (a superior sea view room) and they assured us it would reach, but of course it didn’t reach our room! We then asked for our money back as we could not use it and just to tell our parents we were safe we had to come down to reception and they refused saying we had logged in so they couldn’t use these vouchers again - we checked and you could actually log in to multiple devices with one token so they lied to us and cheated us. Not impressed at all! The plug sockets in our room did not work so we had to unplug the TV just to charge our phones! There was an awful smell outside our superior sea view room which smelt like sewage and rotting animals! You have to keep walking to reception to top up a usage card if you want to spend anything at all in this hotel which was very inconvenient as it was a 6 minute hill walk every time! The reception staff were clueless about tours and all other things. The buildings were pretty good except for the 3 minute uphill walk to our room and the general staff (excluding reception and management) were absolutely lovely and really went out of their way to provide the best possible service! Overall: BAD!

Dejligt hotel i toscansk stil med skøn strand, pool og vidunderlig udsigt over havet. Store værelser, lidt spartansk indrettet men rent og pænt. Hyggelig og rolig atmosfære. Meget sødt og hjælpsomt personale.

Hotel isolé de la ville de sal rei
Très mauvais accueil,aucun appui du personnel Personnel exploité et clientèle 100% italienne qui ne semble pas du tout voir tous ces salariés... Nourriture 0 local même pas de poisson proposée sur une île telle que boa vista.... Musique bruyante au sein de l'hôtel jusque tard même un dimanche soir...alors qu'on aspire à du repos et du calme ds ce cadre...

The positive: The staff is very friendly, the food was good. the swimming pool was clean. The negative: The wifi was extremely expensive, the water in swimming pool was stinging eyes I dont know why...The TV set in the room is quite small.

Grande piscine, petite plage.
Grande piscine, petite plage, avec beaucoup de cailloux dans l'eau. Buffet du petit déjeuner impeccable. Des animations...pour les Italiens. Interdiction d'amener des bidons d'eau à 1,50€ de la ville. Obligation d'acheter à l'hôtel les mêmes bidons d'eau pour 4€. L'eau (plate, sans minéralisation spécifique) n'est pas une boisson d'agrément. C'est un élément indispensable à la vie. Obliger les gens à l'acheter plus de 2 fois son prix, ce n'est même pas de la vente forcée, c'est du racket.

Schöne Anlage ohne Gastfreundlichkeit
Eigentlich eine tolle Anlage. Jedoch fehlte auf der ganzen Linie die Gastfreunflichkeit.Schade!vielleicht lag es auch daran dass wir keine Italiener sind. 90% der Urlauber waren italiener und auch die Mitarbeiter reduzierten ihren Umgang auf Italienisch.

Un bon endroit
Hôtel bien situé, belle qualité de construction, chambre spacieuse avec terrasse (attention ce n'est pas le cas pour toutes et on ne vous prévient pas lors de la résa) de l'espace, jardin entretenu et arrosé (remarquable au Cap vert!) Accueil gentil et patient mais pas très pro(pas vraiment grave). Petit déj et autres repas d'un niveau très insuffisant. Wifi payante(très chère) et lente
