"It was our second time at Shangri-La Bangkok. The stay was fantastic as always. The staff was really attentive and friendly, the room is spacious and beautiful, the food at the Lounge was just delicious. The location is super convenient with a sky train station and a ferry nearby. Plan to come again next year. "

"Good location. Nearby good street food restaurants. 10 min walk to river city/ pier. Located on a small side street. May seem dingy but looked like it is common area for locals, if you enjoy cultural local scenes. Room was spacious & bed was comfortable. "

"Khaosan road is just two minutes walk from the hotel. And just in front of the hotel, there are fine restaurants and street food vendors. Airport buses from Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports stop at Khaosan road two minutes walk away. The hotel itself.is old fashioned European style I would say."

"Have stayed here before . We like the location and being able to travel up and down to destinations by Hotel curtesy boat. The staff are amazing and can’t be more helpful . I was not well on arrival and the Management team organised a Doctor and Nurse to come within 30 mins with the medication required . I could not have been more grateful and impressed with the customer care given."

"The service is great! Big rooms with everything you need as the location is quite perfect for visiting the city. however the aircon is too noisy, I couldn’t sleep at all. If you don’t have deep sleep it might be a problem. Gym well equipped and nice breakfast. "

"In many ways this is just another high quality Bangkok hotel with a cool rooftop bar. But three things make it stand out in a crowded market. First, the stunning views over the Chao Praya river. Second, the enormous and super-comfy King-plus sized bed. And finally, the breakfast buffet, which is the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel for a couple’s visit to Bangkok. "

"Siam@siam was actually our second hotel in Bangkok and it truly went above and beyond all expectations. It is right by the train that’s easy to navigate, there’s a 7/11, art museum, groceries all within walking. It is close to a popular street for eating. It perfectly located in the heart of Bangkok. I’m so glad we switched hotels and booked here. Also they had the best breakfast we had our entire time in Thailand!"

"I chose this hotel for its proximity to the UN ESCAP Compound. The thing I don't like is it is far from the major shopping areas and there is little public transportation around the hotel. "

"Booked one night for fun in Bangkok, the location is perfect, directly across from the large mall. Free Boat service back and forth. Our room 15th floor Mandarine suite, was exceptional. This hotel does not miss a thing from the smallest details. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was great. Lorenzo was our Waiter, and he did a superb job. I would highly recommend this Hotel, and plan on staying again."

"New ! Sheet , pillow , bed and toilet . You still can smell new . You like quiet and are budgeting , this new place is the best . In the flip side , you take a bus ride with google translater and Google map . It is a hours and half bus ride from Lak Song MRT . "
