"This resort was a dream! The staff were so sweet and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beach and pool were beautiful and great for swimming. The food in the restaurant was very good. This place was a relaxing escape from the touristy areas of Thailand. We did not have a vehicle but the hotel sent a car to pick us up and help set up a ride to the airport. If you were going to stay for more than 2-3 days, you may need to get a vehicle or scooter. "Great place to stay on a quick return journey to Koh Lanta. Had been to the hotel many times before, but never to stay as a guest. Room was a good size, well equipped and clean. "Worst hotel experience we've honestly ever had. Our air con broke one night into our stay so the room was a sweat box. We had a total of 6 people come in to our room to confirm it was broken, they said they could offer another room to so we packed up our stuff ready to move then they retracted the offer saying they had no room availability. It was only when I asked for a refund for the rest of our stay that they then miraculously found a spare room for us to spend 1 night in and called out...

"Can’t review this hotel as we booked a three night stay and when we arrived told there was no room for us on the first night but there was on the other two nights. The hotel did book us into another place which was out of town and had no pool. The booking had been accepted over a week ago so really no excuse to double book the room. So be cautious on booking this hotel."

"This is an older property, that was a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay. The staff were professional, attentive, and friendly. I really liked being up in a higher hillside setting, for the views. The top deck pool was a great place to hang out, and scan the horizon. There are plenty of additional restaurants along the beach. The property is on a hillside, which means climbing a lot of stairs. This was fine for me, as I am in good shape. "

"We came to ko lanta in low season and the island seemed quieter than we expected. It gave us a chance to really relax around the beautiful resort based right on Klong nin beach. I’ve been impressed with the amount of staff busily doing their jobs. As an early riser, I’ve seen them sweep the walkways, scoop the leaves out of the pools and sweep the beach daily.
