"I had to make an emergency trip due to a family death- in the middle of the biggest snow storm in a century. The staff was so caring and accommodating, especially the GM Tricia. The breakfast staff was also amazing and kind, making my broken heart a bit easier to bear. Inhad to change my plans several times and the desk staff handled it quickly and cheerfully. "
