Great Location off the beaten path on the scenic Okatee River. Just 20 minutes from Hilton Head, 15 minutes from Beaufort and 10 minutes from the quaint, cozy town of Bluffton. This property has a tidal creek with a dock and two kayaks and a paddle board available(for use on high tide). There are many features in the area such as the beach, exceptional golf courses, fishing, shopping and incredible sight seeing opportunities.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!
We had a fantastic time! The house and property are both beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect to get back and forth to Hilton Head Island and Beaufort. The hosts were very hospitable and answered our questions promptly.

House was clean , owners were very friendly and accommodating. Very quiet and relaxing and we loved the views not only from the master bedroom but the back porch and the dock. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location for us to visit family and friends. Surprisingly many local businesses within minutes with various atmospheres & local flavors plus a fairly direct commute to local and HHI activities for both our young, local family members and their friends for easy meetups.

The home was as advertised, lots of room for the four adult golfers, well equipped kitchen with a well stocked pantry. The location was great for our golf holiday and the view of the river and tides was special. We would love to come back.

The house was amazing. It was like being home away from home. Ducked off, but still close to the city. The dirt road brought me back to my childhood as I grew up in a dirt road. The location is very peaceful and quiet. The backyard and patio are super relaxing. We enjoyed staying and wished I had booked to stay longer.

We had a great stay at the river house.John and Kim were such good hosts,they even let us store our camper in their yard for our stay since we were going to continue our trip elsewhere after our family wedding and gifted us a bottle of wine.Best part was drinking coffee on the deck watching the marsh every morning

Relaxing Family Home
We had a really nice time while staying at this property. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and helped us several times during our stay by answering questions and even providing maintance on the dryer in a timely manner. It was a very relaxing time and it accommodated our family well.

This home is a gem! Our family really enjoyed our stay, and the home had everything we needed! The hosts were fantastic! It was so close to everything yet away from crowds. Wonderful spot on the marsh. Watching the tide waters come and go was a pleasure!

Wedding Guest Dream
We were a part of the bridal party for a wedding in Oldfield and the commute back and forth was so easy. The view from the back porch and out of the bedroom window was stunning every morning. Highly recommend this property!

This is a lovely property with amazing river views and is completely accurate as advertised. The home was clean and well appointed. Kim was quick to communicate and provided a variety of coffee pods and granola bars. We are looking forward to another visit!

Weekend in Bluffton
I went down with my mom and sister for my grandfather's birthday. The house was great and the hosts were very helpful. There were no issues with my stay. The backyard goes out to the Marsh and has a great view with a dock. I definitely recommend it.
