The room was quiet , temperature was perfect and bed was so comfortable not firm like most hotels. The room didn't have a bathtub but shower was nice. Breakfast was very good had many things to choose from. Hotel is not fair from the beaches, shopping or tours. The people that worked there were friendly and knowledgeable. The parking lot was clean and well lit Felt safe inside and out. I would recommend this hotel and the price was reasonable too. Next visit I'd like to try out the pool. the

wow. what to say? The pool is Homer Simpson workplace green. The room floor was covered with slippery brown goo. I think maybe they 'cleaned' it with furniture polish. The accessible bathroom was unsafe for anybody except maybe a wheelchair user due to the slippery floor goop. But there wasn't a handheld shower for said wheelchair user. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE HOTEL. We heard various 'working on it' stories during our 4 day stay. You can learn a lot about a place in the breakfast room! But it actually seemed like they knew, and didn't care.

Great people and not bad of a location but the room we got was very humid and muggy, AC took all night to cool and due to this it was very difficult to sleep and get rest. Fridge leaked and stopped working then started working again in the morning only after food got warm.

Normally our stay is without issues. However unruly patrons above us proceeded to run and stomp on the floors for hours and staff was very slow to get it under control.

The reviews for this property were more accurate than I’d hoped. There was an empty beer can behind the bedside table and the former clients leftovers inside the refrigerator. The front desk was wonderful. The property neat and the beds comfortable. We remained because it was late and we were tired. It’s not on my list to return.

Our suite was missing a couch. Clerk said we were upgraded to a corner room but couch was missing. Our view was of the dumpster. Breakfast bar was mostly empty ,cold coffee. The next morning, coffee was hot. Host had a tip bucket on the food line, but she watched TV and played on her phone while tables were unwashed. Roach on the floor.

My biggest complaint is the parking. This place seems to be popular with truckers. Each truck would take up four of five parking spot. Made it tough to find a good spot when we came in late.

Checked in Sunday for a business trip. No Wi-Fi in room. Had to work out in the breakfast area. TV wouldn’t turn on first day. Room was on lower level next to pool. Noisy kids playing in pool. Room access hall had a dog that barked.

Well, the first night the fold out couch was sheetless and the phone didnt work. The usb plug was not operational. The 1st morning after we slept there we were evacuated due to a fire, when I returned to my room from the evacuation my door was wide open, no clue how long it was left open, nor was it communicated to me that it would be opened. The breakfast provided was alright, there were some small cosmetic issues like the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeled back around the shower. Went to try and get a snack from the market and it randomly wasn't taking debit or credit cards. After the evacuation and subsequent open door debacle, was refused any sort of refund so I could go stay somewhere else. Will not be returning to comfort suites.

The room was not a suite with a king bed sofa bed. Area completely empty where sofa was pictured. Pool area did not have any lounge chairs as pictured. There were "stools" we were told to use instead. Big water leak from room above us where the shower or tub was overflowing. We could see a ceiling repair had been done in the past. Housekeeping blamed all on the renovation, but was nasty when we asked for a different room, as we were not confident the water leaking would not return. Housekeeping was rude and said there was not a single unoccupied room in the entire hotel and got in my face demanding to see confirmation that we had reserved a suite. We agreed to stay the 2nd night as it was Sat. and we were unsure how long it would take to secure another room. Later in the day, I looked online and saw availability in EVERY level for this hotel. Not once did she say SORRY. Later, I asked the front desk if there were available rooms for Sat. night and he said yes. I was late in the day and we had been working on the island all day and just were not going to start the process. When we checked out the following morning, I inquired about a price concession for all of the above reasons. The front desk person, Edwin, was very polite, but said we would need to speak with the GM, who was not there. He also said Expedia would need to make any adjustments to the bill. I find it frustration that there is no phone number to reach Expedia. VERY disappointed in so many ways. Pls call me.
