"We only stayed one day as unfortunately for the owner the hot water system broken down and had to be replaced. This was a slight inconvenience, but we enjoyed our Forster stay regardless of this happening. What was impressive was the speed in which the owner addressed our issues and within an hour of reporting the problem he had a service man attend the apartment and had us back with hot water until the whole hot water system was replaced the next day. "Great Value for money, especially with that great ocean view from the balcony and family/kitchen/breakfast table room. Only two bad points was that: 1. the cleaner needs to clean all the unmissable large cobwebs on the internal cornices of the breakfast table windows. 2. The breakfast table and the main lounge sliding door windows need rubber insert resealing as it sound like a haunted house at nights with strong coastal breezes. Nice stay and great location."

"Stayed for 8 nights in October, great apartment with double secure garage. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the apartment. Good stuff on the floor and toe nail cuttings in the main bedroom. Went to use the vacuum cleaner to give the place a good vacuum as we had our 10 month old granddaughter with us crawling on the carpet.
