"We had a great stay, hotel was awesome. We were there for March Madness. Only bad complaint was we wanted to go into the SportsBook. We went downstairs and they informed us that we had to spend at least 200.00 to get a table. That was at 10 pm once we arrived at hotel. After spending 1200.00 for 3 nights not including gambling, eating, etc they should look at policies and allow people that are staying at hotel get into that place without a minimum. Just a thought. "Larissa at the front desk was incredible! I had some trouble with my tv upon checking in and she went above and beyond to resolve the issue and could not have been sweeter while doing so. Overall my whole experience was fantastic but Larissa's customer service was above and beyond. I support giving her a raise :)"
