Just 90 minutes from Atlanta is a place of exceptional natural beauty offering peace & quiet plus championship trout fishing but close enough to town & all the other activities. The area of Blue Ridge, GA has enough outdoor activities to keep anyone busy but also offers upscale dining & shopping. Mountains, lakes, streams, rafting, tubing, fishing, shopping, this area has it all & is very accessible from both Atlanta & Chattanooga.

Wildlife is abundant such as deer, racoons & birds. The master bedroom/bath is on the main level for easy access while the loft has a king bed, bunk beds and a twin. Easy steps down the creek for fishing & swimming. Tube down Fightingtown Creek or white water raft the famous Ocoee River or Canoe the Toccoa River, they are both so close. The Ocoee Whitewater Center, sight of the 1996 rafting Olympics is just 15 minutes away. Quiet & peaceful in a small, gated community but close to shopping, grocery stores, hospital, etc.

The newest addition is now available! There is a small guest cabin on the property (River Breeze Cabin) only 150 feet from Riverbend. It is perfect for the couple that just want some privacy or a place to put the kids! Get ready for your journey through mountainous terrain, nature and peace of mind. The cost to add River Breeze cabin is $150 per night and includes the cleaning. Be aware there is a gravel road and a steep driveway. There’s no need for four-wheel-drive, but I would advise bringing a vehicle that has some ground clearance so you don’t scrape.

The perfect cabin
The cabin and property make the perfect mountain getaway. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds by the water sitting around the fire pit. The hot tub was a great way to end each night. The drive in and out is picturesque.

Beautiful by the stream
We loved staying right on the stream and enjoyed sitting down there, fishing and even kayaking right from the property. The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us. The driveway is very steep so be mindful, especially in the winter. Wes is a delightful man and very responsive and helpful. We plan to return to this lovely place.

Cute, Clean & Comfortable Cabin on beautiful river! Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Campfires every night! Hot tub on the lovely deck. Good fishing and tubing in the peaceful, cool & refreshing Fightingtown Creek. Close to Blue Ridge Scenic Train Ride, and Lake Blue Ridge. Great location and helpful host. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway
We rent a lot of cabins, but I must say, this one has the most beautiful property. We loved being so close to the river. We enjoyed the hot tub, back porch and outdoor firepit. We spent most of our time outdoors, but the inside of the cabin is really nice. It has everything you need, and the host was great! We can't wait to go back!

Awesome Cabin!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean and well stocked. There was lots to do at the cabin. The owner was very helpful. He was able to give us some ideas of things to check out in the area. We also had a little bad weather come through and flipped a breaker. He was quick to respond to let me know where I could find the box to reset this. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone! We had a great week with plenty of well spent family time. The gravel road and driveway were a little steep, however, it was expected and we had no trouble navigating.

Great cabin and property. Wes is a great host. We had a couple of days with severe weather during our stay and he was quick to check on us and make sure everything was okay. I had one very minor issue (breaker needed to be reset) and Wes was very happy to help walk me through the process. Can’t wait to come back. This is one of our favorite areas and Riverbend is a great place to stay.

I took my dad, son, and brother-in-law for a long guys weekend trip. This was the absolute most perfect spot to unwind, visit, and fish! The place was great…very clean and a ton of great outdoor amenities. We will certainly be back!

Perfect, cozy creekside cabin in the beautiful Blueridge Mountains
My family and I spent Christmas in this beautiful creekside cabin! The view is picturesque and the sound of the creek is so peaceful! My teenagers enjoyed the hot tub! (Too cold outside for me lol). The fire pit was nice on those cold nights. Great for making smores with your family. I loved the lights strung around the porch and the fire pit. The property owner was awesome and communicated with me on arrival and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and gave recommendations for hiking trails and restaurants to try. We can’t wait to visit again in the summer so we can get in the creek! All around best experience we’ve ever had!

5 Sisters Getaway
My four sisters and I had the most wonderful time staying at Riverbend cabin! We couldn’t have picked a better time to stay either. The beautiful fall foliage was in peak bloom. Watching the deer drink from the river each morning, while having our coffee and stoking up the fire in the fire pit, was just what all of our souls needed to refresh. We were able to hike around the property and go to several other locations within 30 to 60 minutes while enjoying the beautiful scenery and drive. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, and in the hot tub the most. The memories we created will last a lifetime! Wes, you were a very responsive host and we appreciate you checking in with us each night. Whether you’re a family with small children, or a bunch of “middle-aged” ladies, like me and my sisters. (Aged 45-62), this cabin is a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend to everyone!

AMAZING location, average accommodation
The property is amazing. Beautifully situated between a babbling brook and along the river. Perfect spot for afternoon hammock naps, outdoor dining, and fun evenings around the fabulous fire pit. This location is amazing! New appliances. Amazing porch. Awesome spot. Things I wish I would have known. The driveway is TREACHEROUS. Part of the driveway is collapsing so you have to try to go around that part. You almost need 4 wheel drive to navigate the grade. Just be prepared. Also, the mattress in the master doesn’t have a mattress cover (gross). No door to the upstairs bedroom off the loft (not ideal for kids). Bathrooms are very dated. I would say well stocked kitchen, but I don’t kid there were only 4 forks so my family had to share forks at dinner. Nothing is perfect so I’m not trying to complain. The location of the cabin is amazing (though being encroached on by other cabins). But the cabin itself wasn’t nearly as nice as many others we have visited which makes this location’s almost 5 star status surprising.

Fall break getaway
Quiet/peaceful location, located <20min from some nice hiking trails in GA and TN national forests. just what we were looking for a fall break getaway. Kids had a blast roasting smores and exploring the creek and river right in the backyard as well as the Deer sightings each morning wading the river to get to open field across the creek! Son counted 10+ the one morning including 4 little fawns!
