With ample natural light from surrounding windows, this suite is conveniently located in the heart of historic downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia. It features an open floor plan with a spacious king-size bed, a living room area, wet bar/coffee bar and large bathroom. This studio has it's own ductless heating and air conditioning system allowing you to set and control your comforts. Other amenities include large 60" LCD smart TV featuring all the cable and sports channels or allowing you to stream, USB/charging ports, alarm clock and the bar doubles as a wet bar and coffee bar featuring a retro mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker stocked with a variety of coffee flavors both regular and decaf, creamers and sweeteners, a hot plate for cooking, toaster oven, blender, mixer, basic cookware, silverware, glassware and dishes, martini glasses, wine glasses, Moscow mule mugs, a shaker set, wine opener & more...Complimentary WIFI is also offered on a secure network and an iron/ironing board and clothes steamer are provided for your use. Completely modernized bathroom features large walk in subway tile all glass shower with tiled floors. All linens are provided and complimentary guest amenities are provided including soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Q-tips, and make-up remover kits. A laundry facility for guests to share is also available across the hall should you need to laundry clothes or there is a laundry/dry cleaning pick up and drop off service you can set up. Our suites are pet friendly with a limit of 2 pets per suite and there is a one time pet fee per stay.
The location of The Penthouse Suites in downtown Blue Ridge is a very safe area, however, it is also secured by 24/7video surveillance cameras, secure keyless entry coded access to the building and to the individual suites. This location is prime, prime, prime real estate right in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, in the middle of it all including the shops, restaurants/dining, attractions and points of interest. There is complimentary shuttle services that you will see circulating around town you're welcome to use as well. Located inside the suite is a Guest Information Guide that includes general and specific information, instructions for operating systems within the studio, emergency exit instructions, as well as information on restaurants/dining, shopping and more including their location business hours and business information. Smoking is strictly prohibited in suite including cigarettes and/or e-cigarettes. The suites are located on the 2nd floor from ground retail level and there are some steps to The Penthouse Suites since they are situated on the top floor. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of our small mountain town during normal business hours while the evenings will offer more chill and relaxed vibes. Explore one of our popular dining options, do some shopping or check out one of the specialty fudge, chocolate or sweet shops. A wonderful scenic city park is just two blocks away, with wide sidewalks perfect for outdoor strolls, walking pets, or children's play areas. The location is also convenient for visiting other popular attractions such as Lake Blue Ridge, which is less than five minutes away, as well as the Toccoa River and Fightingtown Creek, trophy trout waters, less than ten minutes away. The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway train depot is located within the same block just a couple of minutes away as well as close walking access to a couple of local breweries, the Blue Ridge co-op/farmers market, the Escape Room, local distillery, arts center and nearby galleries, The Blue Ridge Community theatre, pasta market, local gym and fitness facilities, Yoga studio & so much more.
