Blue Haven Retreat, the perfect mix of rustic elegance and cozy charm, a shabby chic cabin in beautiful Blue Ridge, GA. This cabin exudes warmth and character, with its decor, soft pastel tones, and delightful details that make it feel like a home straight out of a storybook. A quaint 3-bedroom cabin with a loft only 12 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, GA. Offering all the amenities you could want for any escape to the mountains.
Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook including a Keurig coffee maker and all other essentials. The kitchen table seats four with area to spread out on the screened in porch or take it outside and eat on the deck. The living area has a fireplace and 70" smart TV with access to a wraparound porch that overlooks the fire pit and woods.
The loft has a king size bed with a small, dedicated workspace.
The bedroom on the main floor has a queen size bed, direct access to the main bathroom, and a smart TV.
The basement offers two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other with a twin. The second bathroom is jack and jill bath with a shower/tub combo.
Living Room on main- Large leather couch with two side chairs and opens out onto the screened in porch for your morning coffee.
Downstairs Den- Has another 70" TV, Arcade gaming system and a sitting area including a couch and 2 side chairs.
Laundry area has full size washer and dryer.
On the deck there is a table with umbrella that will seat up to six.
Several card/board games are provided.
Starter packs of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided.
Coffee pods, creamer and sugar provided
Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

We have broadband Internet which is fast enough to allow for streaming on multiple devices and working from the cabin if you desire.
All TV's are smart TV's with paid access to Netflix, HULU, ESPN+, and the Disney Channel.
The cabins favorite feature for many guests is the large hot tub overlooking the fire pit area.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 1400 sq ft cabin, with a wraparound deck, screened in porch, hot tub, fire pit area, and wooded parking area.

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING BOOKING:
We want you to enjoy your time away and have a great experience at our cabin so please pay attention to the important property information below.
Owner's Liability: Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the property, inclusive of but not limited to the cabin, the hot tub and fire pit, etc. regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 8. Exceeding this will result in a fine from the host of $250 per person over and you will be asked to leave.
This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged $250 as well as an increased cleaning fee and charged for any damages.
The hot tub is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the hot tub.
Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500, and you will be asked to leave.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
No late check-out or early check-in. Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.
Rental Age Policy: We want everyone to have the pleasure of enjoying our home; however, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home AND be present at the home the entire stay.
Please ensure all trash is in BAGGED and in the outside cans upon checkout.
We pride ourselves on a very clean, well-maintained cabin. Professional cleaning is performed before and after each stay. If you see anything that is unsatisfactory, please let us know and we will address it immediately.
The roads leading to the cabin are paved but can be bit narrow as you get close to the cabin. The last ¼ mile is crushed and packed gravel and easy for any standard height vehicle access. You will grow to love the old country mountain road feeling they give on your way away.
