Maple View Manor of Blue Ridge, luxury vacation rental, is your private retreat in the heart of it all from MarKen Properties. Recently remodeled, no expense was spared on this 5500 sf Mountain Retreat. Perfect getaway anytime of year and close to all the hiking trails and outdoor activities located in the Aska adventure area. Getting to Maple View Manor is easy with paved roads and a paved driveway.

Row after row of beautiful mountains greet you from almost every room. Cuddle up with two inside gas fireplaces, an outside gas fireplace and a wood burning fire pit next to the pool. Five bedrooms have king beds and the sixth bedroom has a king bed and two queen beds. There are two master suites, one on the main level and one on the terrace level, both with spa like showers that you won’t forget. All bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Our heated pool has breathtaking mountain views, and our hot tub on the terrace level has sweeping mountains views and can be used year round. The fun continues with a shuffleboard table, bowling, corn hole and games galore. You'll never want to leave Maple View Manor because you'll never run out of things to do. Our Chef’s kitchen is completely stocked and has double ovens, a commercial size gas stove, and two refrigerators. Plus a full bar on the terrace level with ice maker, refrigerator and dish washer.

If you do decide to venture out, Maple View Manor is a beautiful 10 minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge with shopping, coffee shops and five star dining. Lake Blue Ridge, the Toccoa River and the Aska adventure area are in our backyard with whitewater rafting, river tubing, zip lines, hiking, trout fishing, golf, boating, camping, kayaking, waterfalls, horseback riding, festivals, scenic drives, Orchards, Vineyards, wine and brew tours, The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, bowling, movies and so much more. Lake Blue Ridge has walking trails, bike riding and a free boat ramp to launch your own boat. Or rent a boat, kayak, jet ski or paddle board for the day from Lake Blue Ridge Marina, then enjoy lunch or dinner on the water at Boat Dock Bar & Grill. Year round outdoor and indoor activities are endless in the North Georgia Mountains.

Spectacular View!
The house and stay were outstanding. Everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. We loved the towel warmers in the rooms and that pool towels were provided. The owners supplied plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee pods, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods for our holiday weekend stay. I don’t think anyone could find a place with a better view, it was simply stunning and we spent hours on the porch enjoying the scenery. One thing to note is that you must walk through the bedroom with bunks to get to one of the King bedrooms. If you have any questions about that bed/bath set up, I encourage you to reach out to the owner for clarification. We had no problem fitting six vehicles. I would love to return to this home.

Amazing property!
The pictures do not do this house justice. The view from the deck is fantastic and the pool and hot tub make it so you never need to leave. Kitchen is stocked well, the beds are comfortable, and the toiletries provided are very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

This home and property are beautiful! The drive up a steep mountain leads you to the unimaginable view of the Blue Ridge Mountains! The beautifully decorated home is spacious and provides tons of room. The decks allowed for some great sunsets. The front porch and driveway were perfect for watching kids play. The pool was refreshing with another beautiful view of the Ridge! The owner was easily available and very pleasant to work with. We had zero issues! The house is so perfect we rarely left it to go into the town. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family Christmas Vacation 2023
Our family have been traveling to Blue Ridge for 20+ years We have rented 2 bedrooms cabins to 6 bedrooms- as our family grew! This was the most amazing house ever(we have visited so many) The property manager was by far the best we have ever had- informative and helpful- he definitely made our vacation great! Exceptional home and perfect mountain vacay
The home is beautifully decorated, well furnished, perfectly maintained, clean, organized, spacious, and perfect for multiple families and all ages. It is clear that the owners put lots of thought into ensuring that guests' needs are met with every detail (swim towels, good wine glasses, plenty of dishes, game room, laundry pods, towel warmers, and on and on). Our stay and celebration of our parents' 50th anniversary was perfect at Maple View Manor!

Cold, but great family outing during Christmas.
When we booked this trip, we had no idea that We’d experience the coldest weather in decades. That limited our outside activities, and couldn’t take full advantage of all the house has to offer, but our family of 11 made the best of it. Beautiful House high on top of mountain. Extraordinarily beautiful views. Only 10 minutes from the town of Blue Ridge…..lots of shops and restaurants. We would definitely return to this house.

Magnificent Property
What a beautiful, clean house. It was so perfect. We had the perfect long weekend here. This house has everything you could possibly need/want while you are there. We enjoyed every inch of this house from the beautiful kitchen to the playroom, hot tub and pool to sitting by the fire. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Blue Ridge. Maple View Manor, a beautiful cabin with an absolutely amazing mountain view..
Every part about this stay was phenomenal! The pictures of the cabin were true to life with lots of space for large families. Mark was very friendly and professional when communicating information about cabin rules, where extra items were kept as well as a complete listing of restaurants and exciting places of adventure to visit locally. Great cabin with gorgeous mountain views and plenty of room for all the couples. My only complaint is that the bedroom with the queen and bunkbeds did not have a door so we were awakened by anyone in the kitchen or using the sliding doors.

Maple View Manor was wonderful! The views, the pool, the comfy beds & furniture, the game room for the kids (& grownups!), the abundance of detergent, soaps, top notch kitchen appliances and cookware were all appreciated. The owners even provided coffee. And not just a little bit, but enough for 5 coffee drinkers for our entire stay. with some left over. It’s all the little things that they did that made our stay better than we could have expected! The location is great. It was a short drive into Blue Ridge or McCaysville for fishing, tubing, shopping, dining. I definitely would recommend this to my friends and family and we would totally stay again!
