A Diamond Property, Vacation Rentals "a cut above"

This DIAMOND PROPERTY has been complete renovated to meet the standards of "a cut above". Bull n' Bear is brand new, renovated inside and out in 2017. There is a lower unit, "Bull" and an upper unit, "Bear" .

EACH UNIT HAS TWO PARKING SPACES. All overflow must park in the public lot.

Bear, the upper unit, has 2 Bedrooms and two en Suite baths. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a "twin over queen" bunk bed.

Each unit is equipped with a washer dryer, full kitchen, dinette, living room and fireplace.

The outdoor seating area has a gas grill, plenty of seating, "dancing" ceiling fans, and a large gas fireplace.

Step outside and take ten steps to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants.

Great stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the trail to the falls. Bonus points for being right next to a spa where we were able to get a massage. We will definitely be back!

Great place & perfect location!
Great rental right in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock! The place was exactly as advertised - updated, super clean, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice linens & towels. And we loved being able to walk to all of our favorite spots in downtown Blowing Rock. We'll definitely be back!

The location was very convenient a half block from Main St. We would rather have been on the ground level in the duplex and missed good lighting in the kitchen and eating area.

One of the best!
Super easy check in and accommodations were immaculate which is not always the case with pet friendly places. Found a nice spot to walk our doodle that was pretty peaceful, by the elementary school. Shopping and restaurants right around the corner! Great weekend in Blowing Rock with our friends!

We come to Blowing Rock frequently and have wanted to stay at the Bear for a while. We were thrilled that it was available. It couldn’t be more convenient to downtown. And the place itself was great! Very clean, comfortable, and beautiful! We hope to spend a lot of time there in the future.

The best in Blowing Rock!
I stayed at this new property and really loved it. The furnishings were beautiful, barn doors throughout made it really feel like the mountains. It was immaculate, kitchen had everything needed. The porch was amazing, large fireplace, fans and seating. I would definitely go back.

Great accommodations!
We loved staying here. The place was very clean and was perfect for our family visit to Blowing Rock. The kitchen was stocked for cooking, plenty of towels and sheets for our family and it was so nice to use the outdoor fireplace in the evening. Karen was great at communicating with us on any questions we had and quick to respond. We will definitely plan to come back and stay again. It's close to all the restaurants, shops and the park. The place had everything we need for our stay.

Three for three
We recently completed our third consecutive extended stay at The Bear, which is our home away from home annually during the Blowing Rock horse show season. The condo is tastefully decorated and ideally conceived. During summer tourism season, its dedicated parking is a significant perk. Its location, just steps from Main Street, makes walking to dining, shopping and parks a no-brainer. We will be back.

Property is great, with nice upgrades and awesome location. Karen has ensured that all details are taken care of. We had an issue with internet and tv upon check-in and they were immediately addressed and resolved. Can’t ask for anything more.

We had a relaxing stay at this delightful apartment! The decor is contemporary and fun; we couldn’t have been any closer to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants...close enough to quickly drop off purchases and head back out again. Perfect for Blowing Rock Charity Horse Show
The property was perfect for us and way better than other pet friendly properties I've rented in the past. The owner was a delight to deal with and a small issue was handled promptly. The people that came to fix it were appropriately careful and also told me that Miss Karen was wonderful. I concur.

Great stay!
Excellent!! The "Bear" deserves 5 stars. Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated in a perfect location in the center of town. Everything is a walking distance, from a quick grab & go lunch to upscale dining and shopping. The owner, Karen, was the most accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. Definitely one of the most memorable vacation for our family. We spent our days exploring the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains and evenings in town, browsing small shops and trying out local restaurants. This is kind of the place that you want to go back to. I would highly recommend "Bear"!
