Fraser Suites is an absolutely amazing hotel to stay. The room was great and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Their hospitality and willingness to help guests was outstanding. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good there as well. Mr. Say as the concierge really stood out to me. A mild-mannered gentleman with a brilliant smile and just a great personality. Fraser Suites Hamburg is by far one the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in Germany thus far. Highly recommend this facility to anyone.

"We stayed one night. The bed was uncomfortable. Felt like an old mattress. Pillows were flat and hard. Thus a poor nights sleep. We were thankful the window opens for fresh air.
