Nestled in the heart of a 35 acre ranch in East Tennessee you will find lively chickens and ample forest. This modern tiny home offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Featuring a wrap-around deck with a large walk out glass slider. You'll find everything you need for a relaxing visit, including a fully equipped kitchen, luxury queen bed and two twin XL’s in the loft, and washer & dryer. The minimalist design makes this an ideal getaway for those seeking peace and simplicity.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Hosts must be notified of any visitors.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Zion Ranch. We were in town to attend a NASCAR race and the location was very convenient. The tiny home had every amenity you can think of, and the bed was so comfortable. The hosts were extremely detail in anything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. We are still talking about how much we loved our stay at Zion Ranch. Thank you!

It was such a cute home. It was very quiet and private, it wasn't too far from any stores but still a drive. It was clean and easily accessible, and genuinely enjoyed the chickens company! Thank you very much, God bless:)
