" What a View! Our second time here.. we will be back, already looking forward to it! We both had an amazing time, love this house and view. Star Gazing is a Must! From the deck areas, there is a huge view of the sky & mountains, LOOK UP!!! If you love backroad country driving like we do... go for that ride through and over the mountains. The people up here are very nice & the local joints are very quaint & nostalgic. If you’re looking for Peace & Quiet… this is the place! Happy we found this...

"We wanted to spend a few days skiing at Belleayre and the house is conveniently located just a few minutes drive away. The premises were very clean and provided all of the comfort we needed during our staying. The pantry was nicely stocked and the kitchen had plenty of appliances to cook a storm if we wanted to. Room for improvement consists of better beds/mattresses (I know it is subjective but the twin bed is really too soft and the single ones weren't any better) and more tableware....

"It’s a great for more adults houses absolutely stunning unfortunately we had bad weather so we didn’t get to utilize the outside. Kitchen is slightly small but everything else is amazing. Rooms are beautiful house immaculately decorated unbelievable master bedroom and shower and only 13 minutes to Cooperstown so convenient for any Cooperstown families. Communication was great we had some slight Review and they took care of it immediately nothing that affected our stay in anyway"

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"Everything about the description was spot on more! It's a lovely house, very close to Cooperstown and very near Ommegang Brewery is just down the road. The bedrooms were indulgently decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Dave was great with questions and we had one of the loveliest stays we've ever had in a VRBO. What you see is what you get - enjoy! "

Cozy, charming, friendly B&B option

"My son and I stayed here for a ski trip and loved it, so we came back again this year for another ski trip with my daughter as well. It didn’t disappoint! Everything from our warm welcome to the suite to the two breakfasts was wonderful. And the location is super convenient to skiing at Belleayre and Plattekill. We'll be back again for a family trip someday!"

"Super clean, accessible parking right to your door, very cozy and overall great experience! Needed a place to stay for the night as we were coming from NJ to go skiing. Great distance from the mountain and super convenient. The owner was very accommodating and Jack the cat was the star of the show! Not to mention the price was exceptional! 10/10 experience and will definitely stay here again in the future if I’m ever in the area."
