"Loved this hotel, rooms are nice, big, comfortable, and for us first floor and close to dining area. This was a fun trip from home to Minnesota to visit Snake Discovery, then return trip home through Bloomington. A one night stay that was better than our three nights in Minnesota."

"You get what you pay for. The staff is nice, but they could use some meat for the included breakfast. But again, you get what you pay for. I would stay there again."

"Room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Attention to detail was apparent when using every aspect of the room. Amenities were plentiful and are precisely what travelers want/need to avoid packing extra items (I.e.: bar soap, hairdryer, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, makeup mirror) and so helpful and convenient to have USB Plug-ins as a standard option. Service was fine for check-in and check-out; nothing outstanding or spectacular, but that’s expected with a moderate-priced hotel chain. The best service I received was from the cleaning crew on the morning of my departure, with each team member giving me a welcoming smile and a “Thanks for staying with us!” That team definitely knows how to give a great experience and it certainly spills over into the level of attention they give to the rooms they take care of, too. Big commendation to that team and their leader!! Coffee service in the morning was disappointing, as both mornings during my stay there was no fresh coffee available and I had to get from their breakfast restaurant, giving me an awkward feeling like I was being a rule-breaker. Overall though, the stay was pleasant, quiet, and comfortable. I will certainly stay again the next time I am in Bloomington for business."

"We stayed here with our girls hockey team, the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and breakfast was hot. As you can imagine, our girls were playing from room to room and all throughout the hotel and we felt they were safe at all times. "
