Spacious and Secluded Cabin with Outdoor Hot tub!

The Snuggled Inn rental cabin is a hand crafted, custom built log cabin tucked deep in 12 acres of Brown County wooded heaven. You will be immersed in nature, surrounded by the stunning views of Yellowwood State Forest and Brown County wildlife, with each season offering a unique experience. Our beautiful rental log cabin is perfect for weeklong vacations, weekend getaways, corporate retreats, or reunions. For even larger groups, it can be rented along with our Back to Nature log cabin. This Brown County log cabin rental is conveniently located halfway between Nashville and Bloomington, Indiana, 3/10 of a mile off the road, and bordering the Yellowwood State Forest.

Important Things to Note:
This cabin sleeps up to twelve guests. There is a nightly "base price" for the first two guests and then an extra $30 fee per guest/per night for each additional guest (above the age of three.)

This is a self-catering cabin, so you are advised to bring your own toiletries, paper products, trash bags, charcoal, locally purchased fire wood, etc. Linens, towels, and basic kitchenware and utensils are supplied.

You will be in wooded countryside that is also occupied by insects and wildlife and where weather related situations can occur. You are advised to use 4-wheel or all-wheel drive to access the cabin during winter weather.

Christmas Family Get-a-way
This is our second family Christmas at the Suggled Inn. We love the secluded location. A HUGE perk is that there are four bedrooms each has its own full bathroom atrached. We hope to come back again.

Great Girl's Weekend Getaway!
Loved the property and location! We loved the set up of the bedrooms all with their own bathrooms too. Great getaway for family or friends with the jacuzzi, pool table, darts and fire pit area.

This property is just as described. Snuggled in the woods, the views from the many decks invite you to slow down and take it all in! This was our first family “girls trip” and we truly enjoyed both the abundance of gathering spaces but the privacy of us each having a bedroom and on-suite bathroom.

Perfect Girls Trip
We stayed here for my bachelorette and loved it! It was perfect for our group. It was the perfect location for spending the day in Nashville then relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. If you have a large group, I’d suggest bringing extra paper products. We were running low on toilet paper.

Snuggled Inn was very comfortable for our group of 7 adults and 2 babies. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and each bedroom had its own full bathroom. Be aware that this is a country home, so there may be mice indoors and other woodland critters outside.

As advertised
This cabin is very remote, but close to Nashville and Bloomington. Other reviews were helpful for us. We packed extra toilet paper and trash bags, etc… but never needed them. You will need your own toiletries. The cabin has hand soap in the restrooms and dish soap at the sink. Plenty of filters on site for the coffee maker, so just bring the ground coffee you like. The grill was nice to have on site too. We didn’t use the hot tub or the fire pit. The satellite tv was full of options to watch. The pool table has seen better days, but was still usable and made for some competitive moments amongst our family. Couldn’t get the tv in the pool table room to work, which was a little disappointing, but it didn’t warrant calling the owners or complaining. We would absolutely stay here again, check in/out was a breeze. The only thing we really wished had been better was the cleaning from the previous guests. The floors were pretty dirty and the table in the kitchen was really sticky. We found the broom and some disinfectant wipes and took care of everything, but the floors definitely need mopped. As I stated earlier though, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fun weekend getaway location
We stayed at the property for a long weekend over spring break with our kids. It is a lovely location that is convenient to both Nashville and Bloomington, and the house was clean, spacious and well stocked. The only issue we had were some wasps and a mouse that found his way into the kitchen, but the property owner was quick to respond to these issues. We would come back.

Very nice and scenic but small kitchen appliances need replaced. Needed more light bulbs, batteries, shower heads need replaced in two of the bathrooms, more towels and spray for spiders.

Away from it all
A beautiful property located conveniently between Nashville, IN and Bloomington. It was well-maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable. The owners were very responsive to one request we had. Some tips - (1) Follow the directions they give you and don't trust your nav system (2) The road to the cottage is a gravel road with a lot of deep ruts and potholes - watch out if you have a low-riding car (3) The area deserves more than two days.
