Linden House, our beautifully restored Colonial Revival home, is nestled in the heart of downtown Bloomington. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by spacious rooms with high ceilings, original hardwood floors and intricate woodwork, all carefully preserved to honor the home's storied past.

Located just steps from Indiana University you'll find yourself in one of the foremost neighborhoods filled with university professors, college students and the spirited culture of sororities and fraternities. PARKING: Parking is conveniently available ON-SITE at the rear of the house, accessible via the alley, with space for 2-3 cars depending on their size. Additionally, free street parking is available next to the house after 5PM on Friday's for the weekend with a requirement to move cars by 7AM on Monday.

All streaming services require users to log in with their own accounts to access content and maintain personalized viewing experiences.

We value our wonderful neighbors and kindly ask everyone to honor the quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

There are ring doorbell cameras at the front and back doors as well as a ring camera in the backyard and alley that captures both audio and video and is in place for the safety of our guests and the property.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire property with the exception of the garage.

Other things to note
Built in 1924, Linden House retains many of its original features, all of which are functional but may operate differently from modern constructions. The original double-hung windows, complete with their counterbalance system requires a delicate touch and some windows will not have screens. Doors, handles and hardware throughout the home reflect the craftsmanship of the time, but may stick or need a little finesse. The original hardwood floors are in great shape, but show signs of 100 years of use. Although modern updates have been made these historic elements remain and add to the home's charm.
