"We love staying at Embassy! This is the only hotel we consider when coming to Mall of America! The price is great, the breakfast is wonderful and it’s clean! I would ask that the pool temperature be a little warmer as my 2 little girls wouldn’t swim because they said it was too cold. That’s about my only complaint. Rooms are nice and clean too! We will be back!"
