"Nice property, helpful staff. Roo. Was freezing (50s), they sent a tech up, I let him in to fix. He identified issue, said he wanted to get into the adjoining room too ensure complete functionality and would check my room later. Went to my conference, came back 8 hours later, still freezing Called front desk. They said they would send a tech. Nothing. Called front desk again half an hour later....had to have room changed. Pain in the butt."

"Stayed with my husband and our two preteens. I grew up in Oak Park and chose this based off of location and it was perfect. Walkable neighborhood, close to the El and downtown Oak Park. The house was clean and comfortable, on top of having the quintessential Oak Park / Chicago vibe Communication was easy so was check in and out. I would choose to stay here again for sure!"
