Would highly recommend this place to any of my friends or travelers for conventions or just to take in the downtown Chicago sights. All of the staff was extremely kind and pleasant from the front desk staff, housekeeping and shuttle staff! 10/10 and 5 stars all around! Thank you again for such an amazing stay! "
