"This house was literally the best insofar as the property management. They are so communicative and frankly awesome. I stay at quite a lot of VRBO properties and this management team takes the cake in a good way. The house was just as advertised. The pool was awesome and the pool amenities were perfect. They have patio sofas and a huge outdoor table we ate dinner outside and swam every single night. And here is the coolest part- a pool vacation home with PLENTY I mean TONS of towels!!! Brilliant right? I hate pool houses or hot tub places with a paltry towel supply. Have to end up doing laundry twice a day- but NOT this place they have it COVERED!The location is perfect for us close to all our family. Plenty of beds and places to sit. In fact on checkout we were running a little late and the guy came to clean and I apologized and said we just need about 20 more minutes and he said. No problem at all and left his supplies to come back later. I loved it so much I am booking again with family for a visit in November with family from overseas. Excellent stay!! Oh one more thing, they don’t have a three page exhaustive list of check out items. In fact the only thing they asked me to do was take the garbage out on garbage days and check this out- they sent me a text asking me to do it! They didn’t expect me to just remember. I loved it because I always forget!"

"We loved it! The Alafia River and the surroundings were everything we wanted for a short getaway. The accommodations are rustic in appearance and then you step inside to a beautiful and modern home. Lots of "decks" to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings with morning coffee as the sun comes up. You feel like you are a hundred miles from everything but yet the town of Lithia is just minutes away with many fine restaurants. Beaches are about an hour away if that's your thing. Hmmm...back to the Alafia, which was uncooperative....so, not necessarily safe to kayak/canoe when we first arrived, and from there it got worse. Still, we were able to kayak, just not on the Alafia. We look forward to a return visit! Thank you!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to grocery stores and food options. The house was clean and the pool is amazing. This was a great location for our visit to Tampa because it’s a few minutes from highway without being in the congestion of Tampa metro. The host was also very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we travel back to the area. "

"Our daughter’s family just relocated to nearby Florida from overseas and the household did not arrive yet. We booked this location with enough space for everyone allowing us to fly there and see them after 18 months. We found the home very comfortable and spacious for our needs. It was well equipped and we enjoyed the pool each afternoon. Rene reached out a couple of times to confirm that everything was to our satisfaction. It was definitely a great experience. "
