"Great location near transportation, restaurants, bats, stores. We walked from Central train station. Great staff. Quiet, comfy bed, adequate kitchen for breakfast and snacks. Lots of hot water, dark shades. A bit hard to find, but worth it. Great place, would definitely stay here again."

"Skidmarks in the toilet, lights dont work in the room, there is no key to lobby you have to know how to pick a lock or shim the door everytime, the building name is unclear. Unclear instructions on how to enter. Hair all over the shower floor, the washing machine will electrocute you if you touch it inside. No contact information until I had to have a random polish man contact the owner in order to send me the code for the door. I would not reccomned staying here. It is a shared apartment and it...

"Nice studio, needs some improvement for the shower by having either a curtain or glass as water went everywhere without this. To much noisy in the first floor and in the hallways. The clarity of the kitchen window doesn't help if you like darkness within the room at night. A blackout curtain is recommended. The rest was very clean, nice, cozy and comfortable make me feel at home. Also would say the location of this studio was excellent as close to everything you would want to see or do."

"The property was comfortable with lots of room. However, the property doesn’t have air conditioning. In the August heat we had to keep windows open so every car or person walking by would wake us up. Plus for 2 weeks worth of time booked we were only given ONE roll of toilet paper. The property has a washing machine but no way to dry the clothes afterwards. "

"Enough for a short stay. Great location, close to Nowy Swiat street and the Old Town. Can be a bit noisy during business days even with closed windows, but perfect for weekends/holidays. Bathroom is very small and shower needs some minor fixes, but it's not a problem if you stay 1-2 nights. Well equiped kitchenette and comfortable bed."

"Great location, close to shopping and dining. Kitchen could have more things like kitchen hand towels, furniture was a little stained, no face towels in the bathroom either. Plenty closet room for clothes. over-all it was a great place to stay. "

"Inside the building was quiet, no loud parties etc. However, my apartment was facing a street with a very busy and loud traffic of garbage trucks, cement trucks etc. during weekdays and it was rather tiring. Another inconveniene was that the aparment was facing south and was very hot during a day. If I knew all that I would choose an apartment away from the noisy street and facing north or east. "

"I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and quiet and the location is great. I have taken about 20 international trips in recent years and it's always a struggle to find the hotel once I arrive keeping in mind that it's not easy to ask people on the street for help since many do not speak English. But I have to say that the Hotel Metropol was the easiest hotel ever to find! The hotel isn't lying when they say on their site that it's "directly across from the Centrum Metro station". I found it in seconds and was glad to see how easy it was. The breakfast was good as well. There is an area I'd like to see an improvement in: the pillows were not comfortable at all. There was so support in the slightest...it was like putting your head on a cotton ball so your head is basically lying on the bed...really the pillow served zero purpose. Some hotel chain should make a marketing gimmick where they say, "Our beds have a wide variety of pillow types so you get to choose which one you prefer!" It's a million dollar idea, isn't it? But unfortunately both of the Metropol pillows where the cotton ball types so I had no choice but to use this awful option which meant my head had no support and thus I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked. But again, I did enjoy my stay here and would stay here again when next in Warsaw."

"I have been in this hotel several times. And I’ll go back there again and again. Everything is just amazing. Such nice and tasty breakfasts, friendly and helpful stuff at the front desk. Cleaning service is perfect. We’re just more than happy. The price is really good and affordable. I’ll highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you, Okecie."
