"We spent 10 days in this delightful and well equipped cottage. We were only two people so plenty of room, but it would have been comfortable for a small family. The kitchen had all we needed, the deck out the back was a great little sun trap, and the cottage is a two minute walk to Harlyn Bay. There is a bus to NewQuay and Padstow right on the doorstep. We loved this cottage and would definitely stay again."

"There was black mould in bedroom 3 and in the bathroom. This meant we had to move the bed as black mould is dangerous. The fridge was off when we arrived and took a long time to chill. There were no teaspoons. No hand towels anywhere and the bed springs had gone in 2 beds. The sheets were so old they were rough and bobbly. "A wonderfully historic house with an equally wonderful garden, location and views. So very peaceful. Only a quick drive to Launceston for provisions. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. Lots of games for the garden and indoor board games for family fun. It was hard to drag ourselves away to go enjoy all the fun things to do in the area. The owner provided a very comprehensive list."

"Just the sweetest little cottage that is in the best location for all Padstow has to offer. The parking space directly outside the property is a massive bonus. The cottage is very comfortable and is extremely well equipped - we had everything we needed. Four of us stayed and there was plently of room. Jules who owns the cottage was very helpful answering all my questions regarding the cottage, local area and restaurants etc. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone."

"Cottage has everything you need, however I wouldn't let my dogs or children swim in the lake as it looked disgusting, the promised dog shower has been removed so we couldn't shower our dogs. The cottage is in the middle of a working farm & although we didn't mind listening to the tractors & farm animals it was spoilt a little when one of the dogs was howling next door. "The property was perfect for two families to enjoy a New Year break in Cornwall. Despite some wet and wild weather we had a fabulous time thanks to the spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable property that had everything we needed and was ideal for our group of adults, teens, younger children & dogs. Great attention to detail with a file of useful information about the property and the surrounding area, and the local pub/restaurant did good food. The finishing touches were good, even toilet rolls provided! Overall we were very pleased and enjoyed visiting the local beaches."

"Nice little bungalow in a quiet area of Polzeath. Furniture was comfortable. Well fenced in garden for the dog to enjoy. Issue with toilet that was speedily fixed. Very steep gravel access road, not for the faint hearted. Overall a good property at a fair price, I would stay again."
