Outside the resort Campo Blenio, in the district Valle di Blenio, in a secluded, quiet position, 20 m from the river, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property. 300 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 6 km, bus stop "Ponte Semina, Campo Blenio" 400 m, railway station "Biasca" 28 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Cappana Boverina, Cappana Scaletta, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Archivio Doneta, Castello de Seravalle, Locarno, Valle Maggia, Valle Verzasca. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Retico Diga di Luzzone, Lago Ritum, Lago Cristallina, Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano.
