"This is a quirky old cottage situated in a beautiful and quiet part of Deal, very close to the beach and cycling/walking opportunities. We enjoyed many walks, cycle rides and swims as a result. We enjoyed our stay and were not too fazed by the steep stairs and low ceilings as we were expecting them. "The whole family loved the pool and enjoyed the tennis court. Using the cottages for 4 people means that 2 people in the attic look down on the 2 below. The Wi-Fi in Oast did not work. We said this but it was not made good as promised. (This is trivial) The family loved it and would book again. The online listing did not say how good the pool is."

"We stayed in the barn at the end of the driveway. It has its own private patio and use of the grounds and pool. The barn itself was clean and well equipped with views across the countryside. The tv is shocking, needs a new cable. I did contact the owner who said he would look in to it but this never happened.
