This is a 4-bedroom holiday home for 10 people located in Blanquefort-sur-Briolance, France. It has a large private swimming pool, table tennis table, and a jungle gym for children.

The hills and woods around the home are perfect to explore on long walks and cycle trips. The area is well known for its walnuts, truffles, and fois gras. Château de Bonaguil is 14 km away and the beautiful bastide town of Monpazier, where you will find a lovely arcade square, is 13 km from here. In Belvès 23 km away, you will find historic underground caves. There is a great water park for the kids at Le Bugue, 41 km away. You can go horse riding 2 km from the home. Déçue du rapport qualité prix
Les points positifs Cadre verdoyant et très calme. Belle vue dégagée et maison isolée. Très agréable notamment le soir avec le coucher de soleil La flexibilité sur l’arrivée et le départ. Gentillesse du proprio Points d’amélioration Entretien générale de la maison : ménage approximatif, draps troués, manque ampoules ou ampoules grillées, équipement de la cuisine (pas de couteau à pain, de manique pour le four…), liner piscine bien abîmé par le temps, porte fenêtre du salon qui ne ferme pas ( moyen pour la sécurité quand on quitte la maison) manque 1 étage au frigo… Sécurité pour les enfants : bouteille de gaz apparente, piscine avec une clôture qui ne tient que par une cordelette (que ma fille de 3ans ouvre), local à piscine qui ne ferme pas (avec tous les produits ménagers dedans ainsi que la pompe de la piscine). Il n’y a pas 4 chambres séparées. Il y a 3 chambres avec une mezzanine dans l’une d’entre elle qui donne sur un dortoir (pas fermé donc bruyant). Bref autant de détails qui en font un rapport qualité prix vraiment moyen. Si vous souhaitez une maison ou faire la fête entre 10 amis sans être trop regardant sur l’entretien, vous pouvez y aller. En famille, avec des enfants, pas vraiment adapté et très cher.

Pour des vacances ressourçantes
Maison parfaitement aménagée, dans une région riche tant culturellement, qu’historiquement et gastronomiquement. Nous sommes partis en famille à 10, avec des enfants en bas âge, et chacun y a trouvé son compte, et son rythme. La maison ne possède pas de voisins directs ce qui assure calme et tranquillité. L espace piscine est un vrai plus, offrant une superbe vue sur la nature. Et merci au propriétaire, disponible, accueillant et sympathique. Nous recommandons et reviendrons très certainement.
